Hollywood Blvd Cinema is a locally owned dine-in-theater concept that offers our guests first run film releases, an extensive menu, and a full-service bar with a wide selection of beer, wine, and spirits. Complete with a Hollywood Museum and special events.

We are searching for a self-motivated, fast paced, organized Kitchen supervisor with room to grow! All managers/supervisors are hired on a management training basis. On the job training will be required.

Job Requirements:

• At least three year of professional kitchen experience (Culinary Education 1 year of experience also qualifies).
• Ability to work as part of a collaborative team as well as lead a large number of employees

• Passion for providing excellent internal and external customer service.
• Exemplary organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and consistently meet deadlines without the need to be told every step
• Ability to be present at work as scheduled, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
• Problem solving skills and willingness to make sure every guest & employee has a wonderful experience
• Ability to stand, walk for prolonged periods of time. Ability to lift 25lbs, with or without accommodations.

Role details:

The following tasks are not intended to be all inclusive or restrictive, other duties may be assigned as necessary:

• Assumes responsibility for scheduling food orders
• Helps train and streamline processes used by Hollywood Blvd.
• Cooks on the line each shift.
• Keeps track of food costs.
• Supporting management, admin & events when needed.
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
• Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
• Hollywood Blvd is a team. All departments/staff support and help wherever is needed.

Your Pay:

• Starting at $15- $20 hourly, based on you experience. With room to grow.
